BeeAgile has determined that the main reason why some organisations are able to adapt rapidly and easily to complex change situations, whilst others cannot, lies in their ability to manage change as a permanent part of the business.  This all round capability ensures organisations are flexible, agile and highly effective. It enables managers to progress and accelerate change as a natural part of business evolution. 

Implementing Organisational Agility requires managers to regard all areas of the business as potentially subject to change. They must see change as something that comes from the external world – of customer demands, competitor influences, technical progress, legislative changes and so on – and not simply as an internal activity. Organisations who understand how to manage constant, integrated change are far more effective and profitable / cost-efficient than those who treat change as a sequence of independent necessities.
