How agile is your organisation?

Using our Organisational Agility Model we invite you to read and follow the three easy steps detailed below to illustrate your views on how well your organisation currently measures up in relation to where you think it needs to be to manage continuous, rapid and sustainable change. Once you have reviewed these instructions please click on the link at the bottom of this page to go to the ’short’ survey questionnaire form itself.

1.

Enter your details in the spaces provided on the ‘short’ survey questionnaire form. Your eMail address is required to enable us to return your survey results to you, while the other information is optional. However, if you do provide details of your name, role, organisation, and work telephone, and tick the contact me box, we will prepare an additional no-cost personalised report. The report will be based on our analysis of your scoring of your organisation’s performance, it will include commentary on the meaning of the outcomes, and one of our experienced staff will contact you to take you through the interpretation of the results. We will also try to address any comments you may choose to leave in the message box provided.

Complete the ‘short’ survey questionnaire (N.B. the ‘short’ survey questionnaire is a precis of a more detailed version we have developed....an illustrative generic example of which can be viewed by clicking here on Management Assessment Tool) by giving your organisation a rating from 0 to 9 on each question, where:

  • 0 to 1 - indicates your organisation does not do this at all, or does it very ineffectively
  • 2 to 4 - indicates your organisation achieves this with varying degrees of limited effectiveness
  • 5 to 7 - indicates your organisation achieves this with varying degrees of adequate effectiveness
  • 8 to 9 - indicates your organisation achieves this very effectively, or extremely effectively

There are two separate responses for each of the 18 questions: the first is your CURRENT PERCEPTION and the second is your view of the DESIRED STATE. Note the latter rating is NOT necessarily 9 across all questions: some areas may be of greater priority or potential value than others in meeting your organisation's objectives. Consider resources as well as objectives when answering.

When you have completed and checked your questionnaire press the submit button at the bottom of the form, following any Windows dialog box instructions which may then pop up, to send your survey inputs to us for processing. We will email you by return a comparative analysis based on your inputs, and if appropriate, we will also then make contact with you to discuss the findings covered in your personalised report.
